Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains what happens to the money you pay for AI Video Remix. Prices are shown before you pay. A clip costs ₦617 per selected second, with a minimum of 5 seconds (₦3,085). The full price list is on our Pricing page.

1. When you cancel before paying

If you leave checkout before the payment is completed, you are not charged. You can return to the editor and try again when you are ready.

2. Successful generations

A completed video is not refunded in cash. Generation uses paid AI compute, and the result is delivered to the email you entered and to your History.

3. If generation fails or is blocked

• Sign in with the same email and open History. You can retry that generation for free up to 2 times on the same payment.
• A free retry is not a cash refund. It runs the same clip again.
• If the generation still does not complete, any unused balance from that payment can be applied to another video or a different clip length on AI Video. A shorter clip uses less of the balance. A longer clip only charges the difference.

4. Unused balance

Unused balance stays on the original payment. It is not paid out as cash. It can be applied the next time you generate a video with the same email.

5. Billing disputes

If you were charged and cannot find the video, a retry, or unused balance, email hello@puzzofme.com with your payment reference and the email you used at checkout. Payments are processed by Bachs, and their records may be needed to look up the charge.
